I took few days off work (my real job, the one that i’ve had before doing jewelleries/market, the one that i’ve had for the past 8 years and that is stressing the hell out of me), and they have been filled with enjoying simple things.
Overdosing on delicious, delicious, delicious apple tarts from M&S
Nothing says home comfort better than rose scented candles.
Just started using these body products and im already obsessed with them.
Days off give me time to do my own things, and making jewelleries is still something i enjoy a lot even if sometimes it gets to me. These are the latest pieces i made, chunky rings that can be used as pendants.

Here is a diy skirt in a color that i didn’t think i could ever pick. In all honesty, i have to credit the Jil Sander s/s11 collection for that. At first, i wanted to make a full lenght skirt, but i was just too impatient and went for a shorter one.
Can i just say, diying has become my number one stress buster and because i stress very easily and a lot, my flat is now a fabric store.
L’orange n’est pas vraiment une couleur que j’aurais choisi pour ma jupe mais j’ai sauté le pas. En toute honnêteté, je dois créditer la collection de Jil Sander pour ce choix. En fait, je voulais faire la longue jupe mais l’impatience a pris le dessus, j’ai donc opté pour la mini.
Bricoler est devenu mon nouveau truc pour lutter contre le stress, et comme je stresse beaucoup, mon appart est carrément un magasin de tissus.

No, its not summer already, just me boycotting winter for a day…or two. This tee was giving me the eye in the shop so i grabbed it not really knowing wether it will go with anything already in my closet. But, instead of buying new items or making yet another skirt, i just went with pieces already worn on the blog.
Non, c’est pas encore l’été, juste moi en train de boycotter l’hiver. J’ai acheté le top vraiment au pif, mais au lieu d’acheter de nouvelles pièces pour aller avec, j’ai juste utilisé celles déjà vu sur le blog.

Diy Zara T-shirt – River Island Skirt – Peacocks Shoes – Vintage Clutch
Here is my attempt to get a tee like the Lanvin for H&M ones . I came up with a random drawing that i had in my head and just added few left over fabrics and pearls.
Un petit bricolage sur un vieux t-shirt pour en faire un comme ceux de Lanvin chez H&M. J’ai fait un semblant de dessin et j’ai ajouté des bouts de tissus et des perles.

If i had my way, this is how i will dress to go buy my flowers on Sunday mornings. I love the pastel colors of both the bloomers and the shoes…i just love the all look.

Now, a little how to.
I was contacted by Judith few days ago, and she wanted to know how i made the bows inspired by Louis Vuitton’s bow shoes.
Thanks Judith for giving me the idea for this post.
This is what you need: ribbon, thread ( or sellotape, glue gun or anything that can stick), and needle.
The ribbon has to be cut into four pieces.
Two long pieces ( 22cm each) and two small pieces ( 9cm each).
Sew both edges of the long pieces of ribbon together.
Place the small pieces of ribbon over the long ones and sew both edges together.
This is what you should have.
Ps: If you want your DIY to be believable, go for a ribbon whose color will totally clash with the color of the shoes.
