Dans mes Rêves.

I saw This , and then discovered THIS (never before have i seen so much dream in just one blog) and now im hoping that maybe if i dream hard enough, i will own one of these and one of  these some day.

Bloggers at LFW.

I enjoyed London Fashion Week so much and managed to photographed some great people. I was looking forward to some incredible fashion and i have to admit i got plenty. I might not have captured the best of them but im quite happy with what i got.
I also was looking forward to meeting other bloggers  as i do read a lot of blogs. I met few, some very humble and some so very full of themselves but hey!.

Here are just the few i photographed.

Hedwig from The-northernlight.com

At first, i thought Hedvig was a model or working in fashion as she looked so beautiful and got a lot (and i mean a lot) of attention. Then i went up to her and she handed me her card. She was so professional and down to earth, i so hope she gets places.

Travis and Joshua of Streetetiquette .

You can read a brilliant interview they did for The New York Times here.

Chiara from The Blonde Salad

Columbine of Columbine Smille

The shoes that made it.

Here are few of the shoes that rocked (my world) fashion week.

Brian Atwood

These gorgeous shoes belong to Claire of Fashionbomb Daily

Hedvig’s

These BBB (bright blue beauties) belong to Dionne Bromfield)

Vivienne Westwood

Sass & Bide s/s ’12.

I got unbelievably lucky to sit front row at the Sass & Bide show last friday and im still pinching myself.
I managed to capture what i think was the mood of the day. Beautiful smilling people and just an agreable humeur all round.

Heidi Middleton and Sarah-Jane Clarke

And here are few pictures i managed to take during the show.

For more neons, metallics and tribal detailling, it’s right here.

Miss Sonja L.

Sonja Long

Sonja is a buyer and founder of Alterstyle, a concept store in Shanghai. I got to play her personal assistant for two days and it was the best thing ever.
Here are some snapshots i managed to take during very busy running arounds.

Vintage Lanvin Earrings

On day one, she was wearing FINSK Shoes and on day two, Charlotte Olympia.

The green ring in the middle is from Ottoman Hands at Topshop.

Two statement shoes she was planning on wearing.

London Fashion Week: The Originals

I called this little bunch the originals because they brought some originality to the day.

So, here are pics taken yesterday. I wish i could do this all week long but im happy with just the one day, as it was enough for me to realise few things.

First off, i need to work on my photography skills. I need to learn how to play with surroundings and light and so much more.Talking about photography, Scott Schuman from The Sartorialist was at Somerset House too. Now, while all/most streetstyle photographers were up and down running after every bit of fur, sheer, platform shoes and anything and eveything on/or remotely on trend or in fashion, he just stood there. He had like a pervert-ish way about him (but in a good way), as if he was looking for that anodin detail that everybody else was missing. That’s just a little anecdote.  Something else i’ve realised? People look so much different in real than in pictures. Also, people don’t go to fashion shows to make friends. And, always have some cards with you.
